Carbon Monoxide Awareness Week

13 Oct 2011

CO-Awareness Week puts the spotlight on the 'silent killer'

Carbon monoxide Awareness will be holding their 7th Carbon monoxide Awareness Week on 21-25 November 2011.

Founder of Carbon Monoxide (CO)-Awareness, Lynn Griffiths, is holding talks across the UK to discuss the dangers of carbon monoxide and actions that can be taken to reduce incidents.

The 53-year-old widow, whose children have suffered constant ill health after being exposed to the highly toxic colourless, odourless and tasteless gas, has called on MPs, local authorities and health workers to back her cause.
