In England and Wales around 40 people die each year because of poor gas work or faulty appliances and over 200 are injured. A further 4,000 suffer from carbon monoxide poisoning!
Use the Get Gas Safe resources in a PSHE lesson or as part of your school’s Safety Week to ensure that your pupils stay gas safe in their homes.
